Election 2022

The next general municipal election will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.

Candidates are required to register with the Senior Election Official prior to campaigning.
 
The campaign period is as follows:

Candidates for MAYOR must register between May 1, 2022 and September 20, 2022

Candidates for COUNCILLOR must register between June 30, 2022 and September 20, 2022

Once registered, prospective candidates may begin accepting campaign contributions and incurring campaign expenditures.  A registered candidate does not become a candidate in the election until he or she files nomination papers with the Senior Election Official.
